Clam Punju Masla Wala #sikandalouscuisine

Okay so we went the Punju route to an extent and made this clam dish which came out yum !​

250 Grams Clams.
1 Large Tomato Pureed.
1 Large Tomato Chopped.
1Tablespoon Minced Garlic - The more the better.
1 Teaspoon Rai.
Curry Leaves
Crushed Dried Red Chilies 
Pinch oh Hing.

Dry Roast & Make Coarse Powder :
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper.
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera.
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds.

1. Heat Mustard Oil -Add curry leaves as they begin to change color add rai ,hing and crushed dried red chiles.
2. When rai settles down add garlic , as it changes color add tomatoes and onion together - cook covered till done.
3. Now add roasted masala - saute a bit and tip in clams . Toss and cook covered on medium heat till done - maybe 5 minutes.
