Angoor Ki Launji #sikandalouscuisine

I loved the fabulous post Preeti Tandon Shridhar had made a few days ago using grapes and kakri . I had wanted to make that too but there were no kakri at home and I was in a mood to cook ! A bit of google and here is my take on Angoor Ki Launji ​.
​750 Grams Green Grapes - Cut into two pieces.
A Generous inch of Hing.
3 Tablespoons Minced Ginger.
2 Teaspoons Crushed Jeera.
Broken Dried Chilies - Adjust to taste.
​Gur - Add at end as per taste.
​Lemon Juice as needed.
Heat oil , add hing and jeera , once aromatic add in ginger and broken red chilies , don't overcook the ginger - 30 seconds or so​ then add in grapes and some salt . From this point you need patience !
​Cook covered , grapes will lose shape and release their juices. Now add in gur , keep checking for sweetness , add in lemon juice and balance out your flavors.This is crazily delicious !
