Located in London's hip Soho district Busaba Eathai is a must do for lovers of Thai food . The place is unpretentious - has comfortable large wooden tables and benches where one experiences community eating as all tables are for 12 people . Dont let that put you off , because the moment you enter the restaurant , the lovely aromas and the buzz seductively takeover your senses and you are transformed into a gourmet fantasy.
Priced most reasonably , the menu is well balanced between all meats and vegetables , the service is friendly and effecient , the food is fantastic . We ordered SomTam , Aromatic Pumpkin Curry , Chilli Prawns , Coconut Prawns , A dish of Cod Fillet , Morning Glory ( with a twist ! ) , Thai Calamari ( never seen anything like that ! ) and melt in the mouth Soft Shell Crabs .Every dish was beautifully flavored and plated.
I would happily head back for a quick meal once again and Busaba remains high on my ' Must Do ' list for London.
Sorry about the quality of the pics , the restaurant was a bit dark and the flash kills the picture !
