Alu Bong Nepali

This is a variation of the Nepali alus with a Bong twist !

1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard Seeds.
1 Teaspoon Black Mustard Seeds.
4 Green Chilies.
6 Cloves Garlic.
2 Tablespoons Mustard Oil.
Make a paste of the above , add salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.Then aply on peeled boiled cubed potatoes while they are still warm.You can end the recipe here and eat this alu achar as is at room temperature , OR you can give it a tarka with green chilies  - that is version two - both eaten cold/room temperature - both delicious !
