Moong Dal Sprouts

Wash daal , soak in water 12 hours , Drain . Wash again. Hang sprouts in muslin cloth . Next day lightly wet cloth again.Second day they begin to sprout , third day sprouts are nice and long .If you have a sprouter , use that . Or even buy ready made ones .Every family has their own way of sprouting , go with what works for you.
Take a wok with 1 teaspoon oil. When hot add hing , thin slivers of ginger , cut and whole green chilies , curry leave , stir a minute , add lemon juice and salt . Now add the sprouts .Lightly fold in - just long enough to mix. Take off heat - entire process mot more than 2 minutes.
 Healthy and totally delicious !
