Super Moist Chocolate Cake

3 oz. Dark Chocolate
1/4 cup Oil
1 1/4 Cup Flour 

1 Teaspoon Coffee Powder
1 Table Spoon Dark Rum
3/4th Cups Crushed Walnuts
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 Cup Grated Zucchini
1 Teaspoon  Vanilla Essence
1 Teaspoon Each Of Baking Powder & Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350*
Melt chocolate and oil in a double boiler
Sift flour, cocoa, b.powder, b.soda and salt
Cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla.Beat.
Add flour mix and buttermilk and the rest of the ingredients.
Lastly add the melted chocolate and grated zucchini.
Bake 35 minutes and cool thoroughly on a rack before cutting.

An amazingly light , fresh and tasty cake .
