This salad is so delicious - its fresh , colorful ... and loaded with all possible natural flavors which we extract from these very ingredients , and use them as the dressing too ! Did I mention oil free ?
Adjust the balance of ingredients and flavors - use this as the Mother Recipe and go with the flow , using sour mangoes , sweet coconut .. garlic .. chiles ... tomatoes ... carrots - all balanced to suit your palate
From the large hole grate :
3 measuring cups carrots
Finely slice 1 cup tomato after removing seeds and then randomly chop.
1 cup coconut
1/3d cup raw mango
1/2 cup sliced and chopped onions
1/2 cup dhania greens
2 cloves Garlic , 1 green chilli , 1 tablespoon raw mango , 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes , salt .Pound all coarsely and mix into salad !
