2 Large Potatoes - Boil , peel and cube or crumble with fingers- crumbling is my way.
1 Teaspoon Rai Seeds.
Green Chilies Minced.
Make Paste With 60 Ml Water:
1/2 Teaspoon Haldi.
1/2 Teaspoon Dhania Powder.
Heat oil , splutter rai , add the paste , after 30-40 seconds increase heat to max , tip in potatoes , mix fast , when well coated , lower heat and cook covered for 2-3 minutes.Sprinkle Dhania greens and serve. I love these alus at room temperature and a day old even better !
