1. Experiment with what is at have . I took 1/2 cup parsley leaves , 1 teaspoon garlic paste , juice of 2 lemons , salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Zapped to a sauce/dressing consistency.2. Take a tender pumpkin and cut off a suitable sized wedge as per requirement . Make slits in the pumpkin as shown in the pic till halfway to the base.
Note:Keep the flavors of the sauce / dressing on the higher side as that will flavor the pumpkin. I sometimes add orange juice to the dressing , just 2-3 tablespoons.
