Chicken Tikka

Chicken Tikka
( Baked In Oven )

300 Grams Boneless Chicken or 400 Grams boned Pieces
First Marinade
1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste.
1/2 Tablespoon Ginger Paste.
4-6 Tablespoons Hung Curd.
2 Tablespoons Oil.
Salt.
marinade in the above 1 hour or more.
Second Marination:
4 Died Red Chilies ( Soak in a bit of hot water and make a paste using water )
Green Cardamon Powder - Use 6.
1 Tablespoon Onion Juice.
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste.
Juice of 1 Lemon.
4 Tablespoons Cream ( Optional - a good option ! )
Marinade for another 2-3 hours.
Heat oven to 200 C , place chicken pieces on a baking dish/tray .
Bake 10 minutes , turn pieces , bake another 5 minutes , till done .
I don't baste as I add oil in the marinade and they come out succulent and delicious .
