Steamed Mustard Fish In Banana Leaf


200 Grams Sole Filets

Make a paste of :
4 Green Chilies.
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds.
4 Cloves Garlic.
1 Tablespoon Mustard Oil.
Salt.

Apply on fish . Let the fish stand for 30 minutes . Then wrap the marinated fish in a banana leaf , and steam above water for 30 minutes. Open leaf and eat this delicious and light fish off the leaf !
