From the imagination and into the wok - end result was delicious !
250-300 Grams Fish
1 Teaspoon Rai + 1 Green Chili Paste .
1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder.
1 Teaspoon Mustard Oil.
Marinate the fish in the above for 20-30 minutes.
2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Methi Leaves.
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Paste.
1 Tablespoon Mustard Oil.
5 Tablespoons Thick Curd ( well beaten )
Smoke 1 tablespoon mustard oil , remove from heat , add green chilies , garlic paste and methi leaves , mix - return to medium heat , cook 1 minute. Add fish , mix to coat once and cook covered on low undisturbed for 2 minutes , turn fillets over and cook another 1 minute.
Now add the curd , gently stir and cook covered on low heat 4-5 minutes to blend flavors .Adjust seasoning.
There is no gravy as such in this delicious dish .
