Cucumber & Mint Cooler



500 Grams Cucumber
2 Cups Yogurt.
2 Cups Chilled Water.
2-3 Tablespoons Minced Mint Leaves.
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Paste.
Salt To Taste
1/5th Teaspoon Hing.
1 Green Chilli Minced (Good Optional )
1 Teaspoon Fennel Powder.
1 Teaspoon Roasted Jeera Powder.
Lemon Juice To Taste.

Peel cucumber , cut , if the seeds are tender leave them , if not remove them .Salt cucumber for 30 minutes , wash salt and blend with all the ingredients to a smooth consistency .Let the cooler stand in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes for all flavors to develop - ONLY then adjust flavors . Serve chilled .
