Fish Rai Wali



This is a regular no fuss recipe , I used sole here .

400 Grams Sole- Cut To Desired Size.
1 Large Onion- Chopped.
1 Medium Tomato Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder.
1 Teaspoon Green Chili Paste ( Adjust ).
I Teaspoon each Ginger & Garlic Paste.
1.5 Teaspoons Rai.
Curry Putta.
Salt.
3-4 Dried Red Chilies
2 -3 Tablespoons Mustard Oil.
Wash and dry wish . Make a paste using the garlic ginger salt green chili paste haldi , marinate the fish cubes in it for about 30 minutes.
Heat MO in a wok , when smoking hot add rai seeds , curry putta and dried red chilies. 10 seconds later lower heat and add tomato and onion .You dont to brown the onions which is why I add tomatoes and onion together .
Cook covered ( 2-3 minutes ) till oil begins to separate , increase heat add the fish , stir fry 2 minutes till evenly coated .Reduce heat and cook covered for another 2 minutes . While serving drizzle some raw mustard oil on the fish for that delicious kick !
