Oil Free Chicken
Oil Free Chicken Set oven 180C
1 Chicken Marination: 1.5 Tablespoons Curd. 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste. 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste. Salt 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder ( For color ) 1 Teaspoon Regular Red Chili Powder ( optional ) 1 Teaspoon Jeera Powder 1 Teaspoon Fennel Powder. 1 Teaspoon Garam masala. 1/4 Teaspoon Clove Powder
Cut chicken to desired size . Make gashes , mix all spice in curd.
Marinate chicken in the paste for a few hours or overnight .Cook in oven
sealing the dish with foil - about 25 minutes or till done.The chicken
will leave out water and it's own fat which will cook the chicken
beautifully .' Finish ' the chicken in a wok cooking on high to ensure
even coating of masalas. Healthy , light and delicious !
