Inspired by the famed cuisines of the French & Italian Rivieras this gem of a restaurant takes fine dining to new heights . New techniques and sciences are applied to traditional recipes to produce exquisite and delectable dishes , created and plated by a true artist and MasterChef , Tanveer Kwatra .
We left the ordering to Tanveer and sat back to savor an amazing meal where intriguing techniques were applied resulting in melt in the mouth air like Foie Gras , or smoked curd that gave macerated asparagus a whole new taste !The Goat Cheese tortellini and crab linguine were exquisite too . Asparagus risotto was divine , cooked to perfection with a twist of cheese and lemon and shavings of macadamia nuts was my favorite from the vegetarian selection.
The lamb was tender and flavorful as was my chicken with wild mushrooms .Our friends ate the snapper and scallops which they said were absolutely delicious too .
For once we ate desserts that one would come back to a restaurant for .
Amuse bouche was Beetroot and feta ice cream
Warm crab linguine with confit tomato
Salted grape and foie gras parfait with pickled chanterelles and orange jelly .
Macerated asparagus and ruby grapefruit salad with smoked curd and caramelized walnuts.
Goats cheese tortellini with pumpkin agro dolce and pistou
Asparagus risotto with macadamia nut crumble and fresh mustard sprout

Twice cooked poussin with wild mushroom , peas and chestnut fricassee
Best end of lamb with quinoa pilaf and root vegetable textures
Seared scallop and prawns with pistachio puree and noilly prat fumet
Pan fried snapper with vichy carrots crab beignets and sea urchin burre blanc
Dessert :Petite Antoine with cheery ice cream
Ivory chocolate brulee
Lemon yoghurt sorbet with chocolate soil and passion fruit curd
