Khatta Meetha Paneer

Khatta Meetha Paneer

1 Kg Paneer , Cubed.
1 Large Onion Chopped / Sliced.
2 Tomatoes - Puree One , Slice Other .
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste.
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste.
Haldi.
Salt.
Red Chili Powder .
200 Ml Thin Buttermilk ( replace with water if you wish to )
2 Tablespoons Sugar ( adjust )
Juice of 1-2 Lemons ( to taste )
Dried Red Chilies ( optional )
5 Teaspoons Fennel Seeds.
2 Teaspoons Rai.
1/2 Teaspoon Methi Seeds.
3 Teaspoons Kilongi Seeds.
2 Teaspoons Jeera
Hing

Heat oil , add hing and dried rec chilies . Next add all the seeds. Once they crackle , add onions and cook till translucent . Then add 200 ml buttermilk,sugar, lemon juice haldi , salt , chili powder , tomatoes , garlic and ginger. Cook till oil comes up . Add the paneer , cook another 3-5 minutes till well coated . Adjust the sweet n sourness to taste .
