Fish & Bacon Skewers

Fish & Bacon Skewers

Set oven at 200c
Cut fish , bacon , peppers and onion as shown in the picture - about 1" square pieces .
250 grams Boneless Sole.

Marinade :
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil.
1 Teaspoon Dark Sesame Oil ( if not available use chili oil or simply more olive oil)
1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Paste.
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder / crushed Black Pepper.
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice.
Salt
Marinate ( 30 minutes ) all in the above . Keep salt low as bacon is salty too .
Take a skewer and alternate pepper,onion,fish and bacon pieces. Place on a baking dish and bake in the oven 3-4 minutes on each side . 
Moist and delicious !
