Garlic Fish Skewers
250 grams Boneless Sole.
Some Pieces Of Peppers/Onion/Both.
1 Teaspoon Chili Oil.
1 Teaspoon Dark Sesame Oil.
1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Paste.
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder.
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice.
Cut the fish in thick bite size chunks and marinate in the above for about 30 minutes . Take a skewer and alternate a pepper/onion and fish cube . Place in an baking dish and bake open in the oven 3 minutes on each side . Moist and delicious !
I use sole , use what you like . I also use sesame oil for its smoky flavor , even plain oil or olive oil will work very well !
