Prawns Malar




750 Grams Prawns Marinated In 2 Tablespoon Garlic Paste  For 1 Hour .keep Tails .
1 Big Tomato ( diced small )
1 Medium  Sized  Onion ( Diced small )
4 to 5 Pods Garlic Minced
3-4 Dried Red Chilies
1 Teaspoon Rai Seeds.
1 1/2 Heaped Tablespoons Juliennes Of Ginger , ( cut into long thin strips like matchsticks.)
20 Curry Putta Leaves
Dash Of Turmeric Powder
Salt
Juice Of 1 Lemon

In 2 tablespoon sesame oil splutter the rai seeds , then add the curry leaves . cook till color changes ( 30 seconds ) and add tomato and onion . Cook covered till a soggy paste is formed , - 2-3 minutes . Now add whole red chillies , salt, haldi and the garlic juliennes , cook another 1 minute , add prawns , stir fry 5-7 minutes till done ( you can add a dash of water to keep it moist while cooking ) . Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning ! Simple fast and very delicious !
