Trout





Trout .

2 Whole Trout Fish ( aprox 400 grams each )
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic .
Salt and Pepper to taste .
6-8 Wedges of Lime .
4 Tablespoons chopped Chives .

Thoroughly wash and clean the fish , make a nice slit and leave whole . Gash the surface with tiny slits .

Mix all but lemon wedges , and coat the cavities and marinade the fish inside out fully .
Place the lemon wedges between and around the fish .
Cook in a grill or a non stick pan .
Finish with more lemon juice / salt to taste
