Multi Grain Bread





Multi Grain Bread 


Oven preheated to 250C , Bake for 10 minutes . 
Reduce heat to 180C and continue to bake for another 35 minutes .

1 1/4 Cup Dalia ( broken wheat ) .
1 Cup Wheat Bran .
1/2 Cup Oat Bran .
1/4 Cup Flour . .
1 Cup Curd .
1 Egg lightly beaten
100-120 Ml Water .
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil .
1 Teaspoon Salt.
1 Teaspoon Sugar .
1 Teaspoon Soda .
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder .

Mix all the above well except for the soda and baking powder . Let the dough stand for 30 minutes . Add soda and baking powder , kneed again for 5 minutes . The dough should be thick but flowing - add a bit of water to get the consistency .
Bake at 250C for 10 minutes . Reduce heat to 180C and continue to bake for another 35 minutes .
Cool and enjoy this nice crunchy bread !
